Cozy Garden Style Apt in Hyattsville

Great location - great hosts. They got me umbrellas I needed upon arrival! Negative: The gates were probably accidentally closed - I couldn't get in. My flight was delayed and my arrival wasn't until 3:30 am. I should have let the hosts know. Not sure exactly what happened but it took me a while to find an open gate.

Hrůza, naprosto otřesné,okradli nás. Positive: Dorazily jsme s rodinou,a nemohli se dostat podle instrukce pak jsme zjistily ze dveře jsou ze strany otevřené,špína,vybavení úplně jiné než na fotky…opakovaně jsme volali majitele bez výsledku,na zprávy reagoval robot.Zůstali jsme uprostřed Marylandu na ulici a před sebou v opuštěném domě. Děti stresované. Negative: Nezůstali jsme ubytované ..naprosto otřesné.

Positive: Location was good. We came for UMD family weekend and was about 15 to campus. Great restaurant across the street. Clean. Parking spot was nice. Such a powerful shower! Negative: Faucet in the sink was very loose. No toiletries provided in shower. Had to run out and buy. Bed severely sagged in the middle. There is a staircase leading directly into apartment, unable to lock doors as there was one bathroom and kids were in one room and had to pass stairs to get into other side of the apt where 1 bathe was. Just a little strange and made me a bit nervous.

Nice and comfortable Positive: There was no breakfast but there are many restaurants within few steps of walking. There was washing machine/dryer within the apartment. Felt like home away from home. Good size refrigerator/freezer. Plenty of dishes, bowls, coffee machine (including coffee but no tea or chocolate beverage) and blender. Negative: The Air conditioning/heater combo in the Living Room worked perfectly. However the one serving the Kitchen/Dining/ Bedroom was tied to another apartment and therefore lacked independent control. But the host was responsive and provided independent room heater for the Bedroom.

Convenient clean location with great food options. Positive: Very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great right near good food options. There were both familiar food options (Subway, Chipotle) and fun historical options (we highly recommend Busboy Poets). Negative: Parking was a bit confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was great. When other tenants blocked the driveway, we just pulled in from the abandoned business lot on the other side.
